HOLIDAY SEASON ORDERING:
We produce a large stock of jewelry for the holiday season and ship continuously right up to Christmas and New Years.

OUR GIFT BOXES:
We ship all items (except necklaces and bolos) in a deluxe velvet jewelry box, which is placed in our monogrammed cotton box with a treated polishing cloth and a small "artist bio card." We will add a personalized gift card per your request. This service is complimentary.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY:
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order. We ship via U.S. Mail, UPS and FedEx. Alaska and Hawaii by U.S. Mail only.

OUR MAIL ORDER POLICY:
We accept personal checks, bank cashiers checks, and money orders in U.S. currency. Major credit cards -- Visa, MasterCard, and American Express -- are accepted. We will not ship C.O.D.

OUR PRICES POLICY:
Our prices are subject to change without notice due to the fluctuation in the price of precious metals.

OUR GUARANTEE:
All items (except custom orders) have a 30-day unconditional money back guarantee or may be exchanged for another item as long as each item is returned in the same condition as when shipped. Refunds will be made to the purchaser only. Gift recipients may exchange for another item. Shipping charges are not refundable.

We guarantee the quality of our jewelry. We will repair or replace any item returned to us that has not been manufactured to our specifications or is faulty in mechanical operation for one year from the date of purchase.
